Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 egg
- 50 g grated cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cooking oil
Instructions
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
2. Cook them in salted boiling water for about 15 minutes.
3. Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth.
4. Add the egg, flour, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
6. Shape the mixture into small croquettes using your hands.
7. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
8. Fry the croquettes for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
9. Serve hot.
