Ingredients
- 100 g penne pasta
- 3 eggs
- 30 g grated cheese

Instructions
- Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
- Add the penne pasta.
- Cook according to the package instructions, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking.
- Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
- Return the hot pasta to the saucepan.
- Add the grated cheese.
- Mix until the cheese has melted and coated the pasta.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Whisk the eggs for about 20 seconds.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter or a drizzle of oil.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
- Cook until a large flat omelette forms.
- When the omelette is mostly set but still flexible, place the cheesy penne down the center.
- Carefully roll the omelette using a spatula.
- Cook for another 30 seconds to help it hold its shape.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces for a fun snack.
- Serve immediately.
