Ingredients
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 40 g cheese (sliced or grated)
- A few tomato slices
- A few cucumber slices
- 1 small knob of butter
- Your favorite sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Place the two slices of bread on a work surface.
- Add the cheese to one slice of bread.
- Top with a few tomato slices.
- Add a few cucumber slices.
- Spread a little sauce if desired.
- Cover with the second slice of bread.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter to the pan.
- Place the sandwich in the hot pan.
- Press it gently with a spatula.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Allow the cheese to melt completely.
- Remove from the pan.
- Cut the sandwich in half for an easy-to-eat snack.
- Serve immediately.
