  • 1 spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 40 g grated cheese
  • A few tomato slices
  • Ham or cooked chicken (optional)
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the slices of bread on a plate or work surface.
  2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over each slice.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  4. Add the tomato slices.
  5. Add the ham or cooked chicken if desired.
  6. Season lightly with black pepper.
  7. Heat a frying pan over low heat or preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Place the bread slices in the pan or on a baking tray.
  9. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
  10. Allow the cheese to melt completely.
  11. Remove from the heat.
  12. Serve immediately.

Sprinkle a little dried oregano over the cheese for an authentic pizza flavor.
